Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Nourish Your Business® (operated by RLT Nutrition), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Nourish Your Business® provides:

• Corporate nutritional therapy consultations
• Workplace wellness workshops and talks
• Individual employee nutrition sessions
• Digital health resources and materials
• Specialized programs for maternity, menopause, and shift workers

2. Professional Qualifications

Our services are provided by Ruth, a Registered Nutritional Therapist (MNNA) who is fully insured and a full member of the NNA (Naturopathic Nutrition Association), FNTP (Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners) and CMA (Complementary Medical Association).

3. Service Limitations

Important: Our nutritional therapy services are complementary to, not a replacement for, conventional medical care. We:

• Do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions
• Recommend consulting healthcare providers for medical concerns
• Provide nutritional guidance based on current evidence
• May suggest functional testing where appropriate

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate health and lifestyle information
• Inform us of any medical conditions or medications
• Consult healthcare providers before making significant dietary changes
• Follow recommendations at their own discretion
• Attend scheduled sessions or provide reasonable notice for cancellations

5. Payment and Cancellation

Payment Terms:

• Payment is required in advance for all services
• Prices are as quoted and may be subject to change
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis

Cancellation Policy:

• 24-hour notice required for individual session cancellations
• Group sessions require 48-hour notice
• Late cancellations may incur charges

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and GDPR requirements. Health information is protected and only shared with explicit consent or legal requirement.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, and content provided are the intellectual property of RLT Nutrition and are protected by copyright. Clients may use materials for personal/internal business use but may not redistribute or commercialize them.

8. Limitation of Liability

RLT Nutrition's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Results from following or not following recommendations
• Interactions with medications or supplements
• Third-party actions or services

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients via email or website notice.
